PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CO2 supply device which suppress generation of soot in a culture chamber.SOLUTION: A CO2 supply device comprises: a vaporization device 440 for heating a liquid fuel to vaporize the same； a combustor 450 which comprises a plurality of flame holes 482 arranged around the vaporization device 440 and a channel 464 through which a mixture of the vaporized fuel and combustion air flows into the flame holes 482, and which forms flame in the flame holes 482 by ejection of the mixture from the flame hole 482； a combustion fan 420 for supplying the combustion air to the vaporization device 440 and the combustor 450； a duct unit for supplying a combustion gas containing CO2 generated by combustion on the combustor 450 to a culture chamber； and a control unit.
