PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autonomous travel route generation system capable of correcting a travel route on the basis of an external environment with a configuration in which resetting is not necessary.SOLUTION: An autonomous travel route generation system comprises: a route generation part a storage part an external environment information acquisition part a correction information calculation part and a correction route generation part. The route generation part generates a travel route. The storage part stores the travel route generated by the route generation part. The external environment information acquisition part is provided at a work vehicle, and acquires external environment information in a travel area. The correction information calculation part calculates correction information for correcting the travel route on the basis of the external environment information acquired by the external environment information acquisition part.
