The beat detector 3 comprises a pulse wave measuring device 31, and a body motion measuring device 32 comprising a light source irradiating and a photodetector for detecting a reflected light from the skin, arranged at a position away from the skin. The pulsation detector 4 comprises a receiver 44 for receiving the pulse wave information and the body motion information, and a body motion remover 45 removing the noise so as to output an accurate pulsation information to the output part.
