PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, an image processing method, and an ultrasonic diagnostic equipment that can do matching of a specific site on an image automatically and precisely.SOLUTION: An image processor 100 includes an image acquisition part 10, a recognition part 20, and a matching part 30. The image acquisition part acquires a first image and a second image, each including a specific site of the body of a subject, taken at different times in the time sequence. The recognition part recognizes the specific site of each image, acquired by the image acquisition part, and recognizes a plurality of first specific site candidates in the first image and a plurality of second specific site candidates in the second image.
