PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system and an endoscope system outputting images with favorable image quality.
SOLUTION: This image processing system is provided with: a capturing section outputting a captured image of a subject as an analog signal an A/D conversion section converting the analog signal into a digital signal and outputting them a signal transmission section which has a first criterion data generation section outputting a prescribed criterion pattern, a timing setting section setting a timing when the prescribed criterion pattern data are superimposed on the digital signal, and a superimposition section superimposing the prescribed criterion pattern data on the digital signal and outputting them and a signal receiving section which has a second criterion data generation section outputting prescribed criterion pattern data, a timing detection section detecting the timing when the prescribed criterion pattern data are superimposed, and a data correction section correcting the digital signal based on the prescribed criterion pattern data.
