PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide chest band system spinal traction equipment and a legless chair which are easy to be handled, are simply and easily carried along without using a dangerous weight, allow pulling force to be freely adjusted, and do not cause pain even used during a long time.SOLUTION: A chest fixing belt 1 fastens the chest of a patient H and binds the patient, so that a plurality of balloon type air pads are pasted on an inner surface, and the belt is attached with a manual air pump 7 in which the air is put in the balloon type air pads to be expanded. Also, the chest fixing belt is attached with a buffering air cushion 8a for supporting the armpit and the back of the patient H and a front part fixing band 9 which is wound from the back surface over the shoulder of the patient H to fix the front part of the body.
