PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical guide allowing an operator to visually observe the distal end of a drill in an implant treatment, preventing the easy inclination of the drill, preventing an occurrence of bone burn by sufficiently supplying cooling water thereto, and capable of responding to various types of drills with different diameters.SOLUTION: A wire 31 is implanted in a mock-up 30 in a direction the same as a direction of embedding a fixture of an implant. A guide member 11 of the surgical guide 10 is fitted to a tooth section and the distal end edge 12c of the wire member is fitted to the distal end 31 of the wire 31 to determine a point of the wire 31. Meanwhile, the proximal end 31b of the wire 31 is determined by another surgical guide. The drill is so positioned that the rotation center of the drill 41 passes through the two positions determined in this way.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】インプラント治療において、ドリルの先端を目視することができ、ドリルが傾斜しにくく、また、冷却水を十分に供給することが可能で骨火傷の発生を防止し、しかも、直径の異なる数種類のドリルに対応することができるサージカルガイドを提供する。【解決手段】モックアップ30に、インプラントのフィクチャーを埋入する方向と同じ方向にワイヤ31を植立させる。サージカルガイド10のガイド部材11を歯部に嵌合し、ワイヤ部材12の先端縁12cをワイヤ31の先端部31に合わせてワイヤ31の一点を決める。一方、ワイヤ31の基端部31bを別のサージカルガイドで決める。こうして決めた2点を、ドリル41の回転中心がとるように、ドリルを位置決めする。【選択図】図1
