A skin care cosmetic composition containing Lactobacillus-fermented antler extracts with effects of enhancing a skin absorption rate is provided to show high skin absorption rates, wrinkle improvement, whitening effects and skin anti-aging effects. A skin care cosmetic composition comprises Lactobacillus-fermented antler extracts as an active ingredient. A method for preparing the Lactobacillus-fermented antler extracts consists of the following steps of: preparing antler extracts by heating, sterilizing and filtering antlers with purified water; inoculating Lactobacillus casei PM1(KCCM 10766P) to the prepared antler extracts and anaerobic cultivating the obtained materials for 5-120 hours; and sterilizing and filtering Lactobacillus-fermented antler extracts.본 발명은 뛰어난 피부흡수 효과를 갖는 발효녹용추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 발효녹용추출물은 화장품의 원료 물질로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
