PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical apparatus which is applicable to various medical treatments to wide ranges of different human body tissues, is simply manufactured at a low price, and moreover is compatible with conventional systems and conventional procedures.SOLUTION: The surgical apparatus includes a slender shaft which has first and second poles which combine with the shaft and are electrically insulated and the exposure part of the second pole is disposed only in a part of the surroundings of the slender shaft and has a part separated in a proximal end direction from the first pole. Another surgical apparatus has also a slender shaft which has first and second poles which combine with the shaft and are electrically insulated, the shaft is equipped with a first side, and the exposure faces of the first and second poles turn to the first side in their sides.
