The present invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition and a dietary supplement for the treatment or prevention of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease comprising the compound of Formula 1 as an active ingredient.본 발명은 폐동맥 과다이완 및 고혈압을 동반한 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환 동물 모델, 이의 제조방법 및 그 용도에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 유전자 변이 없이 간단하게 생리학적으로 폐동맥 과다이완 및 고혈압을 동반한 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환 동물 모델을 유도하는 방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 유도된 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환 동물 모델과 그 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 또한 화학식 1의 화합물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환의 치료 또는 예방용 약학조성물 및 건강기능 식품에 관한 것이다.
