PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with all HLA types to select a T cell epitope in consideration of the HLA types, which is important in peptide immunotherapy of allergy.SOLUTION: In the invention, a long-chain synthetic peptide which is trichotomized all sequences of major allergen Bet v1 of Betula pollen and which is overlapped with ten residues is produced for the purpose of immunotherapy of patients with Betula pollinosis. It is confirmed that in BAT for evaluating a basophile leukocyte activation ability of these three peptides, these synthetic peptides do not react to all patients and, in an immuno CAP specific IgE inhibition test, an IgE avidity of these synthetic peptides are decreased. Therefore, it is found that a safety and effective antigen therapy may be provided by using these three peptide mixture to the immunotherapy of Betula pollinosis.【課題】アレルギーのペプチド免疫療法においては、ＨＬＡ型を考慮したＴ細胞エピトープを選ぶことが重要となるが、全てのＨＬＡ型に対応することは困難である。【解決手段】本発明においては、シラカンバ花粉症患者の免疫療法を目的として、シラカンバ花粉のメジャーアレルゲンＢｅｔ ｖ１の全配列を３分割し１０残基オーバーラップさせた長鎖合成ペプチドを作成した。これら３つのペプチドの好塩基球活性化能を評価するためにＢＡＴを行ったところ、これらの合成ペプチドには全ての患者において反応を示さず、イムノＣＡＰ特異的ＩｇＥ抑制試験で、これらの合成ペプチドのＩｇＥ結合活性が低下していることを確認した。よって、これらの３つのペプチドの混合物をシラカンバ花粉症の免疫療法に用いることにより、安全で有効な抗原となりうることを見出した。【選択図】 なし
