PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical diagnostic apparatus and medical data collection system which easily create TCE.SOLUTION: The medical diagnostic apparatus includes: a workflow acquiring/creating part for acquiring or creating a workflow a trigger information setting part for setting trigger information to collect TCE object data for research, education or clinical trial from the workflow an operation execution part for executing the operation of the workflow a trigger detecting part for detecting whether a state of executing the operation of the workflow to be executed corresponds to the trigger information or not a TCE creation part for creating TCE files storing TCE information on the basis of the detection result in the trigger detecting part and a TCE image transfer part for transmitting the TCE information and the TCE object data by anonymizing the medical data designated by the TCE information.
