The present invention discloses a method for preparing an extracellular antigen-specific cytotoxic T cell using a B cell in which a biological response modifier is introduced and a virus antigen is expressed, and its use. The cytotoxic T cells produced by the method according to the present invention can be usefully used for infection treatment and cancer treatment.본원은 생물반응조절제가 적제되고 바이러스 항원을 발현하는 B 세포를 이용한 체외 항원 특이적 세포독성 T 세포 제조 방법 및 그 용도를 개시한다. 본원에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 세포독성 T 세포는 감염치료 및 암 치료 등에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
