In particular, the invention relates to a novel use of aspartame for the production of cosmetic or pharmaceutical compositions, such as dermatological compositions that are intended to inhibit lipogenesis. The invention also relates to novel formulations comprising, by way of an active principle, aspartame and one or more lipolysis-promoting agents which are associated with a suitable cosmetic or dermatological vehicle, preferably a transdermal vector. The invention further relates to a cosmetic care method for combating adiposity, dimples, cellulite and/or orange peel skin and/or obtaining a slimming effect on the body and/or face. The inventive compositions are intended to be used, in particular, as topical treatments or care products for the body and/or face which are suitable for humans and/or animals.
