The present invention relates to an application capable of determining an arrhythmia suspected patient by using a smartphone. According to the present invention, the application capable of determining an arrhythmia suspected patient by using a smartphone determines an arrhythmia suspected patient by calculating a heart rate and heart rate uniformity from a pulse wave signal from camera images of a smartphone. The determined arrhythmia suspected patient is then advised to receive medical treatment and therefore the quality of life can be increased by early detection of arrhythmia and reduced complications and mortality from arrhythmia.본 발명은 스마트폰을 이용한 부정맥이 의심되는 환자를 판별할 수 있는 어플리케이션에 관한 것으로, 스마트폰의 카메라 영상들로부터 검출된 맥파 신호로부터 심박동수와 심박균일도를 계산하여 부정맥이 의심되는 환자를 판별한다. 이 스마트폰 어플리케이션을 이용하여 부정맥이 의심되는 환자를 판별하여 병원에서 진료를 받게 권고 함으로써 부정맥 조기 발견과 부정맥으로 인한 합병증이나 사망률 감소로 인한 삶의 질 향상을 도모할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
