The present invention relates to a novel use of a PPARδ active material and, more specifically, to a fetal reprogramming effect of a PPARδ active material. According to the present invention, the PPARδ active material controls calcium ions at the time of generation and initial developmental time of the fetus to increase a slow-muscle fiber, thereby improving muscular strength, improving lipid and sugar metabolism, and reprogramming the metabolism of the whole body. Thus, it is possible to prevent/inhibit the occurrence of metabolic diseases such as obesity and the like caused by high fat diet and exercise lacking in adults or adult bodies and to improve memorizing ability. In addition, fetal reprogramming using the PPARδ active material prevents/inhibits the occurrence of diabetes in a diabetic disease model mouse. Therefore, the PPARδ active material can be used as a medicinal composition for promoting the endurance of a human and an animal by fetal/fetal reprogramming, preventing/inhibiting metabolic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, atherosclerosis, and fatty liver, and enhancing memorizing ability, a pregnant woman supplement, a food additive, a functional food supplement or functional drink composition, a pharmaceutical composition for an animal, an animal endurance enhancer, a powdered milk, and a dietary composition, and an animal feed composition.본 발명은 피피에이알 델타(PPARδ) 활성물질(agonist)의 새로운 용도에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 PPARδ 활성물질의 태자 재프로그래밍(fetal reprogramming) 효능에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, PPARδ 활성물질은 태자 발생 및 초기 발육 시기에 칼슘이온을 조절하여 지근 섬유를 증가시켜 근 지구력을 향상시킴으로써 지질 및 당 대사능력을 향상시키고 몸 전체의 대사를 재프로그래밍(metabolic reprogramming)하여 성인 또는 성체에서 고지방 식이 및 운동 부족에 의한 비만당뇨 등의 대사성 질환의 발병을 예방/억제하고, 기억력을 증가시킨다. 또한 PPARδ 활성물질을 이용한 태자 재프로그래밍은 당뇨 질환모델 마우스에서도 당뇨의 발병을 예방/억제시킨다. 따라서 PPARδ 활성물질은 태아/태자 재프로그래밍에 의한 인간 및 동물의 지구력 증진, 비만·당뇨·동맥경화·지방간 등의 대사성질환 예방/억제, 기억력 증진을 목적으로 하는 의약 조성물, 임산부용 보조제, 식품 첨가제, 기능성 식품 보조제 또는 기능성 음료 조성물, 동물용 의약 조성물, 동물용 지구력 증진제, 분유 및 이유식 조성물, 동물사료 조성물 등으로 사용할 수 있다.
