The shading control device according to the present invention comprises: a shading control unit fed in a wall of a penetration structure formed in a dual structure to adjust a shading degree of the penetration structure and a supply/discharge adjusting unit for supplying or discharging the shading control unit into or from the inside of the wall. According to the present invention, a frame of the penetration structure constituting a framework in a dome shape is connected through a connection member to have a controllable angle, so construction may be easily performed in an arch shape and consumption time therefor may be reduced.
