The present invention relates to a disposable promotional flowerpot for double-sided advertisement installed on a bridge rail or a guardrail. A vinyl-coated paper sheet, a corrugated board, a synthetic resin panel, or a synthetic resin material corrugated board is cut into a promotional flowerpot (100) equipped with an advertisement plate by using a model cutter, wherein the advertisement plate can be mounted on a bridge rail (5) or a guardrail, and the flowerpot (100) has male and female divided bodies (1a, 1b). Each of the male and female divided bodies (1a, 1b) has a bottom surface (11), a front surface (12), and an advertisement plate (13) that can be bent and folded by a bending line (11&prime) and a folding line (12&prime). A side surface (14) having a pasting part (14a) along with a bending line (11&prime&prime) is integrally formed on left and right sides of the front surface (12). When folding is performed through the bending lines (11&prime, 11&prime&prime) and folding line (12&prime), the advertisement plate (13) is folded on the front surface (12). The rear of the bottom surface (11) is opened, and the components are inserted to be assembled. The present invention is made of paper or synthetic resin and can be easily folded, so that transportation and constructive installation can be easily performed. When the same mounted on a rail or guardrail of a bridge or a high-level road, both the inside and outside thereof can be easily seen, thereby improving promotional and advertising effects.
