PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for performing the fixed release of a volatile material having a molecular weight and vapor pressure in wide ranges over a fixed period.SOLUTION: Provided is a device containing a delivery engine 100 including: a reservoir 110 for storing a volatile material； an explosive base material 120 fixed to the reservoir； an explosion element 130 positioned adjacently to the explosive base material； and a microporous ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene film 140 surrounding the reservoir, the explosive base material and the explosion element. The film has the average pore size of 0.01 to 0.06 micrometer and has a thickness of 0.01 to 0.1 mm. When the explosion element operates to the first direction to the reservoir, the explosive base material is destroyed in the first direction, and the volatile material crosses the explosive base material, also crosses the explosion element in contact with the film so as to be dispersed into the air.
