The pump pumps water quickly from a water source. The nozzles spray rapidly supplied water on the crops. The positive and negative electrodes are respectively prepared in the nozzles and flow positive and negative currents into sprayed water. The power supply supplies electricity to the positive and negative electrodes. The intensity of the voltage supplied to the electrodes through a voltage regulator is able to be controlled.
