PURPOSE: An optic probe and an optical coherence tomography apparatus including the same are provided to adjust the optical path length of an output ray of light by using an optical path length adjustment member, thereby being miniaturized in size. CONSTITUTION: An optic probe (130) comprises an optical path control unit, an optical path length adjustment member (136), and an optical output unit. The optical path control unit controls the travel route of light which is delivered from the outside. The optical path length adjustment member generates differences in optical path length since the optical path control unit controls the travel route of light. The optical output unit outputs a ray of light which passes through the optical path length adjustment member.
