The present invention relates to an anti-blocking polyolefin medical tube which is produced from a composition comprising at least two syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene elastomers different from each other having a Shore hardness within the range of 15-60 D and a crystallization temperature within the range of 10-110°；C, wherein the composition comprises equal to or more than 10 wt% of a syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene elastomer having a crystallization temperature of equal to or more than 40°；C, and air is blown into the surface of an extrusion die when the composition is extruded into the medical tube thereby forming fine protrusions on the outer surface of the medical tube. Also, the medical tube has a two-layer structure including an outer layer having the fine protrusions, and an inner layer formed of a polyolefin elastomer having a Shore hardness within the range of 15-60 D. Since the medical tube according to the present invention prevents environmental hormones from being generated, and has remarkably reduced medicine-adsorption properties, excellent anti-blocking properties and flexibility (kink resistance) appropriate for a medical tube, the medical tube can be effectively used in various medical products such as an infusion set, a blood transfusion set, a medical liquid container, a medical catheter, and the like.본 발명은 쇼와 경도 15D∼60D 범위이고, 결정화온도 10∼110℃ 범위의 서로 상이한 2종 이상의 신디오택틱 1,2-폴리부타디엔 엘라스토머를 포함하는 조성물로 제조되고, 상기 조성물은 결정화온도 40℃ 이상의 신디오택틱 1,2-폴리부타디엔 엘라스토머의 함량이 10 중량% 이상이며, 상기 조성물을 튜브 형태로 압출할 때, 튜브 압출성형 다이 표면에 공기를 분사함에 따라 튜브 외피에 미세 돌기가 형성된 형태의 튜브인 안티-블로킹성 폴리올레핀 의료용 튜브에 관한 것이다. 또한 상기 튜브는 상기 조성물에 의해 외피에 미세돌기가 형성된 외층이 형성되고, 쇼와 경도 15D∼60D 범위의 것인 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머로 제조되는 내층으로 이루어진 2층 구조의 튜브인 안티-블로킹성 폴리올레핀 의료용 튜브에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 환경호르몬 용출의 우려가 없고 약물비흡착성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 탁월한 안티-블로킹성을 발현함과 동시에 의료용 튜브에 적합한 탁월한 유연성(내킹크성)을 가짐에 따라 수액 세트, 수혈 세트, 의료용 액상 용기, 의료용 카테터 등 의료용품으로 매우 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
