The invention relates to a recombinant vaccine comprising a vector of avian adenovirus serotype 9 (FAdV-9) with an inserted exogenous sequence of nucleotides coding for an antigen of a disease of interest and replacing the non-essential region of the genome of the adenovirus； and a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle, adjuvant and/or excipient； where the exogenous sequence of nucleotides is between the nucleotides 491-2782. The vector of this recombinant vaccine is stable when it is produced at an industrial level. Likewise, the recombinant vaccine, even when administered in combination with a vaccine against Marek's disease, produces a suitable immune response that is not affected by the interference caused by said vaccine against Marek's disease nor does the Marek's vaccine inactivate the vaccine according to the invention. This recombinant vaccine allows the barrier of the maternal antibodies to be broken or avoided, inducing a suitable immune response.Se describe una vacuna recombinante que comprende un vector de adenovirus aviar serotipo 9 (FAdV-9) que tiene insertada una secuencia de nucleótidos exógena que codifica para un antígeno de una enfermedad de interés y que reemplaza la región no esencial del genoma del adenovirus； y un vehículo, adyuvante y/o excipiente farmacéuticamente aceptable； en donde la secuencia de nucleótidos exógena se encuentra localizada entre los nucleótidos 491-2782. El vector de esta vacuna recombinante es estable cuando se produce a nivel industrial. Asimismo, la vacuna recombinante, aún cuando se administra en combinación con una vacuna contra la enfermedad de Marek, produce una respuesta inmune adecuada que no resulta afectada por la interferencia causada por dicha vacuna contra la enfermedad de Marek ni la vacuna de Marek la inactiva.
