Problem to be solved: to provide a high-speed database system for graphically graphing data received from outside.Solution: two kinds of databases are provided for the server: a permanent storage database comprising a relational database management system and a high speed database comprising a database management system other than the relational database management system. The data received from the outside is subjected to primary processing in accordance with predetermined rules, and then stored in a high speed database.At every predetermined time, the data group stored in the high speed database is fetched and the secondary processing data group necessary for graphing in accordance with the time series is obtained by the calculation processing, and stored in the permanent storage database.
