The present invention relates to a fat removing apparatus using an ultrasonic wave, and more specifically, to a fat removing apparatus using an ultrasonic wave, which is economical because consumables such as a filter are unnecessary by separating, from coolant, fluid into which a transducer is impregnated, is capable of ensuring stable output of the ultrasonic wave because the fluid into which the transducer is impregnated is rarely polluted, is capable of increasing cooling efficiency of the transducer to extend lifetime of the apparatus together with the stable output of the ultrasonic wave, and also easily finds and outputs an optimum frequency of the transducer.
