The rotary plate is connected to a pulley and a belt joined to a driving shaft of the motor, thereby being joined to the rotary shaft. First and second cutting holes are formed in the rotary plate. A central part of the cutting blade is joined to the rotary shaft and cuts vegetables. The guide unit is joined to a joining rib formed in a cover covering the rotary shaft and the cutting blade and guides vegetable to be cut.
