An immunogenic composition comprising the isolated polypeptide clumping factor A S.aureus (ClfA), a dedicated type 5 capsular polysaccharide S.aureus, conjugated to a carrier protein and the capsular polysaccharide selected type 8 S.aureus, conjugated to a protein nositelem.3.
