Described herein are substituted perhydropyrrolopyridines and their use in the treatment of HIV infections, AIDS, and AIDS-related diseases, and in the treatment of BVDV infections. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the substituted perhydropyrrolopyridine is also useful for the treatment of HIV infection, AIDS, and AIDS-related diseases.
