The present invention relates to a Kerrison punch, and more specifically, to a Kerrison punch which is easy to remove the posterior longitudinal ligament in an intervertebral space while minimizing a risk of damage of nervous tissues when removing residual bone at the rear of the vertebral body and the posterior longitudinal ligament at the rear of the vertebral body, minimizing a fracture risk of spondylarthritis during decompression of nerve roots, and completely maintaining facet joints in an operation for spinal canal stenosis or intervertebral foramen stenosis. The Kerrison punch comprises: a fixed part having a fixed handle formed in an oblique inclination form on one side and a fixed plate horizontally formed on the other side at the predetermined length； a moving part having a turning handle on one side and a moving plate horizontally formed on the other side at the predetermined length； and an elastic part provided between the fixed handle and the turning handle.
