The optical measurement device 1 includes a light receiving unit 6 that receives the laser light L emitted from the catheter distal end portion 31a, and a mounting unit 7 that is disposed at a position facing the light receiving unit 6. The mounting portion 7 defines the position of the tubular hoop 36 that houses the catheter 31 with respect to the light receiving portion 6.
