PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid some discomfort, which the technique used in conventional oral fast-disintegrating tablets cannot avoid, by strong irritation or discomfort taste at the time of ingestion in pharmaceuticals where an oral fast-disintegrating tablet is demanded strongly, and also to avoid decreased purity because a good disintegratability and a dissolution property are required even if it is an oral fast-disintegrating tablet.SOLUTION: It is found out, in the process of examination for formulating an irritative (astringency, acidity, bitterness) drug, particularly an oral fast-disintegrating tablet agent of clopidogrel, that an oral fast-disintegrating tablet agent which can mask its irritation, acidity, and bitterness, shows good tableting properties, and has good disintegratability by using an aminoalkyl methacrylate copolymer together with an antacid can be produced.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】口腔内速崩壊錠が強く要望されている医薬品について、強い刺激性、不快な味により、従来の口腔内速崩壊錠に用いられている技術では服用時の不快感が避けることができていないものがある。さらに、口腔内速崩壊錠とした場合でも、良好な崩壊性および溶出性を必要とし、純度低下も回避しなければならない。【解決手段】刺激性（収斂性、酸味、苦み）のある薬物、特に、クロピドグレルの口腔内速崩壊錠剤化に関する検討過程で、アミノアルキルメタクリレートコポリマーと制酸剤とを併用すると、その有する刺激性、酸味、苦みをマスキングすることが出来、良好な打錠性を示し、崩壊性も良好である口腔内速崩壊錠剤を製造できることを見出した。【選択図】なし
