The coding sequence of the toxin polypeptide can be used for DNA constructs or expression cassettes for transformation and expression in plants and bacteria. The composition includes transformed bacteria, plants, plant cells, tissue, and seeds. In particular, isolated toxin nucleic acid molecules are provided. Further, an amino acid sequence corresponding to the polynucleotide and antibodies specifically binding to the amino acid sequence are also encompassed thereby.
