PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an S1P receptor modulator or agonist to be dosed continuously through a dosing regimen of standard or lower daily dose after increasing a total daily dose for the first 3-6 days of treatment so that a daily dose equivalent to the standard daily dose multiplied by R (R is an accumulative rate) can be dosed.SOLUTION: It is found out that the S1P receptor modulator or the agonist is to be dosed continuously through the dosing regimen of the standard or lower daily dose after increasing a total daily dose for the first 3-6 days of treatment so that the daily dose equivalent to the standard daily dose multiplied by R (R is an accumulative rate) can be dosed.【課題】 処置の最初の３から６日間に合計で標準１日用量のＲ倍（Ｒは蓄積率である）の１日用量を投与できるように上げ、その後標準１日用量または標準１日用量よりも低い１日用量で続ける投与レジメンで投与するＳ１Ｐ受容体モジュレーターまたはアゴニストを提供すること。【解決手段】 Ｓ１Ｐ受容体モジュレーターまたはアゴニストを、処置の最初の３から６日間に合計で標準１日用量のＲ倍（Ｒは蓄積率である）の１日用量を投与できるように上げ、その後標準１日用量または標準１日用量よりも低い１日用量で続ける投与レジメンで投与することを見いだした。【選択図】なし
