The present invention relates to a multifunctional apparatus for an electric wheelchair user and, more specifically, to a multifunctional apparatus for an electric wheelchair user capable of allowing a user who has a walking difficulty and uses a mobility assisting device, such as an electric wheel chair or an electric scooter, to charge an electric wheel chair or a mobile phone, inject air into a wheelchair tire, or check geographic information for people with a walking difficulty. The multifunctional apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a casing forming an appearance； and an electric wheelchair charging unit installed in the casing.
