This invention relates to medical instruments, more specifically, to devices for the extraction of concrements from tubulous organs of humans, e.g. ureteral calculi or bile duct gallstones. The technical result achieved by using the invention is reducing the labor consumption of manipulating the device and the time required for medical manipulations, simplifying and improving the accuracy of controlling the manipulations of the Tral device and increasing the safety of medical manipulations. The technical result is achieved by using the Tral device for the extraction of foreign bodies from tubulous organs comprising a manipulator the output end of which is an adapter the input of which has a pipe connection connected to a contrast fluid supply means and the output is connected to one end of an elastic catheter. Inside said manipulator and said elastic catheter a helical and an axial branches are installed capable of sliding along the axial guide and made from a shape memory effect material one ends of which are attached to the helical and axial branch manipulation sliders respectively and the opposite distal ends of which are fastened in a cylindrical head bushing installed outside the free end of said elastic catheter.
