PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus provided with such a configuration that electronic components other than the highest electronic component out of a plurality of electronic components mounted on an FPC connected to a solid-state imaging device can be prevented from coming off the FPC in a layout structure of the FPC wherein the highest electronic component is fixed to a fixing object.
SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes a solid-state imaging device 10, an FPC 2 connected to the solid-state imaging device 10, a plurality of electronic components 21, 24 and 25 mounted on the FPC 2, and a first region 2a of the FPC 2 spaced from a surface 2bj of a third region 2b of the FPC 2 in a height direction H and provided in parallel with the third region 2b of the FPC 2. A head 21p of the capacitor 21 highest from the surface 2bj in the height direction H is fixed to the first region 2a, and a sheet-like member 5 is interposed at least between a head 24p of an IC 23 second highest from the surface 2bj in the height direction H and the first region 2a so that the IC 24 has the same height as the capacitor 21.
