PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corruption preventing composition for fig which exerts a corruption preventing effect on fig after harvesting and is highly safe.SOLUTION: The corruption preventing composition exerts an excellent corruption preventing effect on fig, and is highly safe. A treatment such as dipping or spray is preformed on the fig after harvesting by use of the corruption preventing composition, whereby corruption by fungi during storage and transportation can be significantly reduced. Further, the corruption can be reduced in a market, during display in a shop, and even after purchased by consumers. Consequently, the best-before period of fig can be extended without deterioration of commodity value thereof.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】収穫後のイチジク果実に対して腐敗防止効果を発揮し、尚かつ安全性の高い、イチジク果実の腐敗防止組成物を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明により、イチジク果実に対して優れた腐敗防止効果を発揮し、尚かつ安全性の高い腐敗防止組成物を提供できる。本発明の腐敗防止組成物で収穫後のイチジク果実に対して浸漬や噴霧などの処理を行うことにより、貯蔵、輸送時におけるカビによる腐敗を大幅に減らすことができる。更には市場、店頭陳列、消費者による購入後においても腐敗を減らすことできる。その結果、イチジク果実の商品価値を落とすことなく賞味期間を長期化することが可能となる。【選択図】なし
