The blade (3) comprises an oblique main cut (4) with an angle α1, a first facet (5) and a second facet (6) which are obliquely guided with an angle α2, wherein the first facet (5) and the second facet (6) are simultaneously in the transverse cross-section of the tube (1) guided with rotational angles ε1 on one side and ε2 on the opposite side. Between the main cut (4) and the facets (5, 6) there is a rounded transition zone without a transition edge (7). At inclination α2, the first facet (5) is ground, while in the transition zone between the first facet (5) and the main ground (4) the angle changes from α2 to α1 continuously while the abrasive contact is uninterrupted while the tube (1) rotates around its longitudinal axis from angle ε1 to angle 0 to the plane of the main ground (4). The cannula (2) has removed the transition edge (7) between the veneers (5, 6) and the main cut, which improves the course of the puncture force.
