PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized voltage control device, an electrostatic field generator, and a refrigerator.SOLUTION: A voltage control device 10 includes: a plurality of conversion devices 30 and 32 connected to an AC power source 20 in parallel a selection switching circuit 40 to which the plurality of conversion devices 30 and 32 are connected and a control voltage output part 60 for outputting a DC voltage. The conversion devices 30 and 32 include: a rectifier circuit for converting the AC voltage output from the AC power source 20 to a DC voltage and first output parts 30a and 32a, and second output parts 30b and 32b for outputting the DC voltage. The first output parts 30a and 32a are connected to the selection switching circuit 40, and the second output parts 30b and 32b are connected to the control voltage output part 60 without passing through the switching circuit 40.
