The present patent describes the synthesis of guanidine compounds and their guanidine compounds synthesized for the treatment of leishmaniasis, whose tests, in promastigote and amastigote forms in 1. amazonensis resulted in high activity and high selectivity, solving the problem of high toxicity and poor efficacy of the drugs currently in use.a presente patente de invenção descreve a síntese de compostos guanidínicos e os respectivos compostos guanidínicos sintetizados para o tratamento de leishmanioses, cujos testes, em formas promastigotas e amastigotas em l. amazonensis, resultaram em alta atividade e alto índice de seletividade, solucionando o problema da alta toxicidade e pouca eficácia dos medicamentos atualmente em uso.
