PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic shellfish insertion device that automatically performs drilling to shellfish, insertion of pins to a vertical rope, a fitting method of the insertion hole of the shellfish to the pins and all.SOLUTION: A pin insertion method to a vertical rope is characterized as follows: pins B are inserted in the vertical rope A; a guide wall where axial both end sides of the pins B inserted in the vertical rope A come in contact is present on both sides of a passage to guide the movement of the vertical rope A with the pins B inserted therein; the passage and the guide wall are elongated in the moving direction of the vertical rope; irregularities are present in a longitudinal direction of the upper edge of both guide walls; the irregularities are oriented to a right angle or substantially the right angle to the axial direction of the vertical rope A by that the axial both end sides of the pins B inserted in the vertical rope A come in contact and the pins B are shaken in front and rear and up and down in the moving direction of the vertical rope A are twisted in the vertical rope A when the vertical rope A moves in the inside of the passage; the twist of the moving vertical rope A after the insertion of the pins B is inhibited; and thereby the pins B are easily oriented to the right angle or substantially right angle to the axial direction of the vertical rope A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】貝への孔あけ、縦ロープへのピンの差し込み、そのピンへの貝の差込み孔の嵌合方法および、全てを自動で行う貝自動取付け装置の提供。【解決手段】ピンBを縦ロープAに差し込み、ピンBを差し込んだ縦ロープAの移動を案内する通路の両側に縦ロープAに差し込まれたピンBの軸方向両端側が接触する案内壁があり、通路及び案内壁は縦ロープの移動方向に細長であり、両案内壁の上縁の長手方向に凹凸があり、当該凹凸は通路内を縦ロープAが移動すると縦ロープAに差し込まれているピンBの軸方向両端側が接触して、ピンBが縦ロープAの移動方向前後及び上下に振られて縦ロープA内でよじられて、縦ロープAの軸方向に対して直角又は略直角に向くようにし、ピンB差し込み後の移動中の縦ロープAの捻じれを阻止し、ピンBが縦ロープAの軸方向に対して直角又は略直角の向きになり易くした。【選択図】図1
