PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist generator with high sterilizability and capable of continuously discharging mist at a temperature near a normal temperature.SOLUTION: A facial treatment device 1 includes a mist generating section 30 generating mist from a liquid fed from a liquid feeding path 3, a zinc electrode 27 eluting zinc ions into the liquid in the liquid reservoir section 21 by electrolysis, and a heater 22 for heating the liquid held in the liquid reservoir section 21, and discharges the mist generated in the mist generating section 30 from a discharging outlet 2c.
