The present application generally provides methods for B-cell reduction in anindividual using CD37-specific binding molecules. In particular, the inventionprovides methods for B-cell reduction using CD37-specific binding moleculesalone, or a combination of CD37-specific binding molecules and CD20-specificbinding molecules, in some instances a synergistic combination. Theapplication further provides materials and methods for application treatmentof diseases involving aberrant B-cell activity.
