The present invention relates to a compact apparatus for drying food, and more specifically, to a compact apparatus for drying food in which a fan pumps air into a main body from outside and the pumped-in air is filtered by an air filter and heated by a halogen lamp, and the heated air is then used to dry food articles loaded on a plurality of trays stacked in tiers within a drying frame which rotates inside the main body. The drying device of the present invention is configured to comprise: a main body in which an opening/closing door is installed on one side, and an inlet port and an outlet port are installed on the top and the bottom, respectively； a fan which is installed on the main body and pumps outside air into the main body through the inlet port； an air filter which is installed between the inlet port of the main body and the fan, and filters the outside air； a halogen lamp which is installed within the main body and provides heat therein； a drying frame which is installed so as to be rotatable by a motor； and support trays which are stacked in tiers on the drying frame and on which a food article is loaded.본 발명은 소형 식품 건조장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 본체의 내부에 회전 운동하는 건조틀에 식품이 담긴 복수 개의 트레이가 다단 적층된 상태에서 송풍기에 의해 본체의 내부로 압송되는 외기를 에어필터로 여과한 후 헬로겐램프로 가열함으로써 가열 공기를 통해 식품을 건조하는 소형 식품 건조장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 개폐문이 일측에 설치되고 유입구와 유출구가 상측과 하측에 각각 형성되는 본체； 상기 본체에 설치되어 외기를 상기 유입구를 통해 상기 본체의 내부로 강제 압송하는 송풍기； 상기 본체의 유입구과 상기 송풍기의 사이에 설치되어 상기 외기를 여과하는 에어필터； 상기 본체의 내부에 설치되어 상기 본체의 내부에 열기를 제공하는 할로겐램프； 상기 본체의 내부에 구동모터에 의해 회동 가능하게 설치되는 건조틀； 및 상기 건조틀에 상하 다단으로 적층되고 상부에 식품이 적재되는 트레이；를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 식품 건조장치를 기술적 요지로 한다.
