Provided herein are embodiments relating to therapeutic applications of antibodies that modulate e.g., inhibit the interaction of TIM-3 and LILRB2 antibodies. In some embodiments, the antibodies bind TIM-3. In some embodiments the antibodies bind LILRB2. Modulation of the interaction of TIM-3 and LILRB2 stimulates the release of pro¬ inflammatory cytokines e.g., myeloid-associated pro-inflammatory cytokines.Selon des modes de réalisation, la présente invention concerne des applications thérapeutiques danticorps qui modulent, par exemple, inhibent linteraction danticorps TIM -3 et LILRB2.
