A fertility conception system comprising a carrier adapted to receive a condom having a closed； a transfer top defining a passage onto the carrier； a cervical cap； a receptacle； and a piston moveable relative to the receptacle to transfer semen from through the passage into the cervical cap, the piston moveable by pushing down axially on the receptacle； wherein the receptacle is effectively sealed from air passage by the piston at the bottom end, and the transfer top and the condom at the top end, and a space between the transfer top and receptacle is sealed by the condom.
