A recombinant isolated antibody and a pharmaceutical composition containing same, capable of specifically recognizing an MHC-peptide complex with an affinity in a nanomolar range and of inducing apoptosis in cancer or pathogen infected cells is provided. Also provided are method for treating and diagnosing cancer or pathogen infection in a subject using the recombinant isolated antibody of the present invention.La présente invention concerne un anticorps isolé de recombinaison et une composition pharmaceutique contenant cet anticorps, capable de reconnaître spécifiquement un complexe MHC-peptide avec une affinité dans une plage nanomolaire et induisant lapoptose dans des cellules cancéreuses ou des cellules infectées pathogènes. Cette invention concerne aussi des techniques de traitement et de diagnostic du cancer ou dinfection pathogène chez un sujet au moyen de cet anticorps isolé de recombinaison.
