PURPOSE: An organic composting apparatus and a method thereof are provided to prevent agglomeration of solid material in a composting process and smoothly provide oxygen. CONSTITUTION: An organic composting apparatus(100) comprises a body(110), a uniform dispersion device, an air supply part, and a quantitative discharge device(160). The body portion comprises a dehydrated solid material feed hopper(112) and a compost vent. The distributor is included inner top of the body portion in order to uniformly disperse input dehydrated solid material. The air supply part provides air inner top, center, and bottom of the body portion and comprises a top air feeder(130), central part air feeders(140), and bottom air feeders(150). The fixed quantity discharge device is installed inner lower part of the body portion.탈수 고형물을 투입 받아 유기성 퇴비를 생산하는 유기성 퇴비화 장치에 관한 것으로, 고형물이 퇴비화 과정에서 뭉치지 않게 하고 산소가 원활하게 공급될 수 있도록 함으로써 양질의 퇴비를 생산할 수 있도록 하는 유기성 퇴비화 장치에 관하여 개시한다. 본 발명은, 상부면에 탈수고형물을 공급받는 투입구를 구비하며 하부 측면에 완성된 퇴비를 배출하는 배출구를 구비하여, 탈수고형물이 점차적으로 하강하며 유기성 퇴비화가 진행되도록 하는 통형상의 몸체부； 상기 몸체부의 내부공간 상부에 구비되어 투입되는 탈수고형물을 균일하게 분산시키는 균분기； 상기 몸체부의 내부공간의 상부, 중앙부 및 하부의 3개 영역으로 공기를 공급하는 상부 공기 공급기와, 중앙부 공기 공급기와, 하부 공기 공급기를 포함하는 공기 공급부； 및 상기 몸체부의 내부공간 하부에 구비되어 배출구에 인접한 부분에는 스크류를 구비하고 나머지 부분에는 패들이 형성되는 복수개의 배출축을 구비하는 정량 배출기；를 포함하며, 상기 상부 공기공급기 또는 중앙부 공기공급기 중의 하나는 수평방향으로 이동가능하게 형성되고, 나머지 하나는 상기 몸체부에 고정되어 지지대 역할을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기성 퇴비화 장치를 제공한다.
