The present invention relates to a power-saving device for repelling harmful animals. According to the present invention, a strong siren sound is irregularly emitted with LED light but does not affect effective repelling of vermin. In particular, the device is developed while focusing on energy saving, and has minimized malfunction while having directivity. The device comprises: a sensor unit (10) including a sensor (11) for detecting appearance of vermin at high sensitivity； and a control and vibrating unit (20) for initiating an alarming operation of an alarming means when appearance of vermin is detected by the sensor unit (10).
