The present invention relates to an anti-flatulent pacifier structure which is constituted by inserting a filter set into the pacifier after a general feeding bottle and a pacifier are assembled. The pacifier has a suction portion and a flat end having an air passage. One end of the filter set is provided with a cone-shaped filter portion whose inclined face is provided with through holes. The other end of the filter set is provided with one or more connecting ribs which can be held and positioned at the inner edge of the pacifier. When attached to the holes of the inclined face, the air bubbles will be broken because the surface tension suffers from different pressures so as to avoid the air bubbles from being mixed with the liquid to enter into stomach to generate flatulence. Thereby, making a non anti-flatulent pacifier have anti-flatulent function will be achieved.
